by the Freedom Coalition The Coalition for Constitutional Education Invites City and Municipal officials, youth leaders, and others who are interested to a 3 session seminar entitled \"The Constitution and Municipalities\". The first session will be held on January 19, at 6PM in the Harrisville City Council Chambers located at 363 West Independence Blvd., Harrisville UT . The second and third sessions will be held at the same time and location on January 21, and February 3rd 2010 repectively. The cost for all 3 sessions is $60 per person.
