You might find this week’s Pleasant View video clip enlightening. What is being discussed in the clips we put together is the difference between Conditional Use and Permitted Use. In the beginning of the clip, they are discussing earth sheltered homes (covered on 3 sides with earth- 4th side is how the living space is accessed). This is being presented as an example of the difficulties that can occur between the two designations of “Use”.
