This week’s Pleasant View video clip starts with a heart-felt plea from Mayor Doug Clifford for community participation in the issues and actions of the city government. It then moves in to a discussion on the changes in delinquency fees for Utility bills. The fee decided on by the council is 2% of the current bill. As councilman Tim Hjorten points out, these charges are on services rendered-not advance fees.
