Notice of Public Hearing

The Weber-Morgan Board of Health will conduct a hearing to obtain comments, oral or written, concerning proposed changes to the department's Manufacturing of E-Liquid Regulation. Changes to the regulation are required in order to reflect current laws that have been passed by Utah and rules now active by the FDA.

Monday, September 18th at 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
