Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City
will hold four Public Hearings on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the City Hall.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative
body to consider the request of a conditional use permit for a kennel license for Talmage Smedley located at 3921 North 2800 West
The purpose of the second public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a conditional use permit for a new school in the Remuda Court Subdivision, Phase 3
The purpose of the third public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider amendments to section 15.04.020 of the Farr West City Code, additional requirements, paragraph 5, by adding a second exception
The purpose of the fourth public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider amendments to section 16.28.020 of the Farr West City Code, Street and Alley widths, Cul-de-sac, easement and street access
