Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Planning Commission will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, as part of its regular meeting (which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding a Lot Line Amendment for the Kunzler Subdivision, Parcels 02-038-0003 and 02-038-0044, 1045 West 3600 South in Perry, Applicant David Daniels. The public hearing will commence at approximately 7:10 p.m. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome.
