Take a humorous look at how the various parts of our personalities come together to make us a complete person

Michael William Peterson releases ‘Conversations with Myself: Short Introspective Discussions About Life’

LA VERNE, Calif. – Beginning his first step into the publishing scene, Michael William Peterson offers the reading public the newly published “Conversations with Myself: Short Introspective Discussions About Life” (published by iUniverse), a book presenting the aspects of his personalities and how they would interact with each other.

Peterson noticed that there were times where he would ask himself a question and he proceeds to answer it. He thought that the one who responded was like a completely different person. He then thought of portraying his emotions as a different person, thereby creating a dialogue that would be both enlightening and humorous. This was how his debut book came to life.

“Conversations with Myself” presents six aspects of Peterson’s personality as they discuss various subjects from their own points of view. It also explores the depths of different personalities that people have, especially when discussing certain avenues of the human condition. It reflects on the topics of men, women, the nature of war, the universe and happiness.

“In order to be a better person or the best person that I can be, it is necessary to understand that there are certain parts of my personality that needed to be 'reigned in' when confronted by different situations or topics,” Peterson states. “But in a greater sense, the whole theme [of this book] is to give a hopefully humorous look at the way we, as human beings, attempt to get through our existence by coping with the different experiences of life with the different aspects of our persona.”

Through his book, Peterson wants readers to realize that personalities and emotions are controllable. He also wants them to understand that being a better person is just within their grasps.
