Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly
scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive,
on Thursday July 9, 2015 at 7:30 PM*.

SCHEDULED ITEMS:
1. Discussion, and Possible Action on FSP 15-018, a request by Rory and Janet Rich, for an
amended plat, Circle View Subdivision, 1st Amended, for the purposes of adjusting a rear
property line of Lot 1 in Circle View Subdivision (TIN: 16-062-0001) for the inclusion of
approximately 17,352 square feet of property from an adjacent parcel (TIN: 16-014-0027).
Both properties lie in the in the RE-20 (Single-Family Residential, 20,000 SF minimum)
zoning district.
2. Discussion and Possible Action on SP 15-019, a request by Frank Stone, for Site Plan
approval of a 10,090 square foot expansion to the Stone Meats Warehouse, located at 1485
W. Stone Field Way (TIN: 19-211-0001), which property lies in the MCM
(Manufacturing/Commercial Mix) zoning district.
