Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 6:00 PM.

1. Discussion and Possible Action on FSP 14-026, a request by Aaron Olson for an amended plat, Deer Crest Phase 1 Amended, for the purposes of consolidating Lot 14 and Lot 15 (TINs: 16-260-0014 & -0015) and the creation of a single lot, Lot 45

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

2. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by Steve Cummings for CUP 14-023, an Attached Accessory Apartment located at 3174 N 550 West (TIN: 17-315-0013) which property lies in the RE-15 zoning district.

3. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by Mike Ashworth with IXL Premium Lubricants for CUP 14-027, a conditional use permit for manufacturing, warehousing, bottling and distribution uses located on a 0.79-acre parcel at 2719 N. Parkland Boulevard (TIN: 19-121-0005) in the MCM (Manufacturing/Commercial) zoning district.

4. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by William Snedden for GPA 14-025, a General Plan Amendment request for 4300 North Ranches, of approximately 169 areas encompassing an area from 4300 North and a mile north, from 1100 West (alignment) a quarter of mile east and also a quarter of a mile west (TINs: 16-012-000, -002, -0073, and -0074). The amendment consists of the inclusion of a Master Planned Community land use classification in the City?s General Plan and for this area to be amended from the Mountain Residential land use classification to Master Planned Community land use classification.

5. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by Brian Campbell for RZN 14-022, a rezoning of approximately 1.86 acres located at 3149 N Highway 89 (TIN:19-016-0006) from the MP-1 (Manufacturing) zoning district to C-2 (Commercial) zoning district for the purposes of professional office space and residential treatment center?community based.
