11 Consideration for approval: RESOLUTION 01-2014; A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A INTERLOCAL AUTOMATIC AID FIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WEBER FIRE DISTRICT AND OGDEN CITY CORPORATION, ROY CITY CORPORATION, SOUTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION, RIVERDALE CITY CORPORATION ("CITIES"), AND NORTH VIEW FIRE DISTRICT ("NORTH VIEW"), AUTHORIZING THE PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN PROVISION OF FIRE PROTECTION AND FIRE RELATED EMERGENCIES AUTOMATIC AID; AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO SIGN SUCH AN AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
