OGDEN – Ogden City kicks off National Bike Month in May with Ride to Work with the Mayor on May 2 and the launch of the Ogden Bike Passport program, encouraging citizens to join him in his pledge to bike to work every day in 2014 and use alternative forms of transportation.

“Ogden is celebrating National Bike Month by introducing the Ogden Bike Passport where participants will collect a stamp at the five participating events, becoming eligible for a grand prize drawing on May 30,”said Project Coordinator, Josh Jones. “We want to encourage sustainable forms of transportation in the city and celebrate all forms of cycling, whether you ride to work, ride the parkway, the trails, or the streets in your neighborhood.”
