Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 11th day of August 2015.
The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:

E. Consent Items
1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $119,034.89.
2. Request for approval of warrants #323801-#323945 in the amount of $2,092,318.10.
3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 4, 2015.
4. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $129,358.22 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending July 15, 2015.
5. Request for approval of a revised Right of Way Contract by and between Weber County and Paul Ransom, Trustee of the Reese Ransom Irrevocable Trust for the purchase of easement for 3500 West Extension Project Parcel #50:EC /2 3476 W. 2550 S., Ogden UT original contract approved 8/4/2015.
6. Request to set the date of August 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for a public hearing to consider and take action on a proposal to amend the following sections of the Weber County Land Use Code: Definitions (101-1- 7), Land Use Permit, Building Permit, and Certificate of Occupancy (102-4), conditional uses (108-4), and Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations (108-7) to update and clarify provisions related to conditional use permitting and procedures.
7. Request to set the date of August 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for a public hearing to consider and take action on a proposal to amend the following section of the Weber County Land Use Code: Home Occupation; Short Term Vendors; Temporary Outdoor Sales; Farmers Markets (108-13), to provide for instructional activities in yard area and accessory buildings and to update and clarify provisions related to home occupation permitting and procedures.
8. Request for approval to set the date of September 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Weber County Zoning Map, Wolf Creek area by rezoning 9.11 acres of Forest Residential FR-1 to Open Space O-1; rezone approximately 15.97 acres of Open Space O-1, and Commercial Valley CV-2 to a Commercial Valley Resort Recreation CVR-1 Zone; and rezone 30.65 acres of Forest Residential FR-3 to Open Space O-1.
