NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday July 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Box Elder County Commission Chambers (Historic Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah) to receive input on the following proposed petitions:
PUBLIC HEARING
1. BRETT & MARIANNE CRAYNOR, Z17-016 zoning ordinance text amendment Chapter 3-2-070 to allow reception/wedding event center.
2. TEXT AMENDMENT, Z17-017 Text amendment to Chapter 5-1, Regulations Applicable to All Zones, Setback and Frontage Regulations, of the Box Elder County Land Use Management & Development Code.
Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of these petitions may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse.
