Notice of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Pleasant View Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2014 and the Pleasant View City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. These meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at City Offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah 84414:
PSP 13-017: Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by Roger Jensen for preliminary subdivision approval of Jensen Estates, an 18-lot single-family residential subdivision consisting of 11.13 acres, located south of 3200 North road alignment and east of 1000 West (TINs: 17-062-0003, 17-062-0004, and 17-062-0005). The property lies in the RE- 15 Zone.
