Invitation to Liberty Hall, Tuesday, October 23rd with Jeanette Finicum and Joseph Kerry

Tuesday, October 23, 2018 - 6:00pm

Most everyone has heard about the protest of the ranchers in Nevada and Oregon, which included the Bundy family, LaVoy Finicum, and many others.  But unless you have done some of your own research all you know is the false narrative presented by the main stream media.  On the 23rd, we have Joseph Kerry, a personal legal counsel for the Bundy family, and Jeanette Finicum, wife of LaVoy Finicum,  who was killed in the rancher protest in Oregon by the FBI and the Oregon state police. This is not just a story about the ranchers.  It is our story also.  When we understand what happened to them, we will have more understanding of what is happening in our country and why our liberties and constitutional republic are at risk.

At 6:00-6:45 pm, Joseph Kerry will share with us what happened at the Bundy trials and why all charges were dismissed.  Joseph Kerry is managing partner at Peace Legal, a law firm with 4 offices in Utah.  He hosts the Joe Kerry Radio Show, broadcast from Salt Lake City on KTALK 1640am and is a New York Times and USA Today No. 1 best-selling author, having co-authored Common Sense: The Case Against an Out-of-Control Government with Glenn Beck — which sold over 2,000,000 copies.  Joe has worked with Cliven and Carol Bundy as their personal legal counsel during their recent Las Vegas federal trial and attended the trial which was eventually dismissed.

At 7:00 pm, Jeanette Finicum will present the documentary "LaVoy: Dean Man Talking" followed by questions and answers.

"Lavoy: Dead Man Talking" is a bio - documentary on the life and death of LaVoy Finicum – the Arizona rancher killed in Oregon on January 26, 2016. This is part one of a multi - part documentary which focuses on LaVoy and why he stood by the Constitution, individual rights and made the trip to Malheur, Oregon and why he decided to stay.

This movie will draw you into the tale of a dreamy life and epic death of one of the last Wild West American cowboys — LaVoy Finicum. Regardless of which political side you fall on, his story is so compelling, tragic, and iconic. Jeannette Finicum and her family have been working hard with the Center for Self Governance in producing this documentary.  It is powerful and needs to be seen.  The message is life changing.

The raw nature of this film is the deep desire to strike a balance between learning from and educating about these real life stories, while neither vilifying nor vindicating LaVoy's decisions and actions leading up to his death. And while his freedom of conscience is deeply sacred, both the LaVoy Finicum family and the film's producers recognize and understand that to neglect the study of political strategy would be a travesty to future preservation of life, liberty, and property.

I think this is a message all Americans need to hear.  Let your family, friends, and neighbors know about it.
