4 Approval of November 13, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes
5 Presentation and approval of financial report
6 Discussion and action on Resolution 12-2018, a resolution approving and reestablishing the annual meeting schedule for the Board of Trustees of the District for the calendar year of 2019 and providing for an effective date.

Public comments: Resident(s) attending meeting will be allotted three (3) minutes to address the Board of Trustees regarding concerns or ideas. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented.

7 Discussion and action on 2018 Amended Budget - Resolution 13-2018, a resolution amending the district budget for CY/FY 2018, together with its associated forms, schedules and attachments, and providing that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and posting.

8 Discussion and action on 2019 Tentative Budget - Resolution 14-2018, a resolution adopting the budget, together with its associated forms, schedules, and attachments, for the Weber Fire District for the fiscal year from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019; adopting pay, compensation and staffing plans and schedules for employees and appointed and elected officials; ratifying and adopting the District's administrative policy; and providing that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and posting.

9 Consideration for adoption of Resolution 15-2018 approving member contributions to the Utah Retirement Systems contributory retirement plan for fiscal year 2018-2019.

10 Consideration for adoption of Resolution 16-2018 approving the Renewal of a Reciprocal Aid Agreement between the Weber Fire District and the South Ogden City.

11 Review and approval of Amended Rules and Regulations:
o 102.10 Personnel Job Description - Captain
o 102.13 Personnel Job Description - Medical Lieutenant
o 200.13 Vacation Leave

12 Review and Approval of the Following Action Items:
o Consideration for approval for the purchase of HME Engine for Station 63.
o Consideration for approval of FY 2018 Homeland Security Grant Program Articles of Agreement.
o Consideration for approval of Amended Mission Statement of Weber Fire District.

13 Closed Executive Session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
