The Board of Trustees of WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT will hold a public hearing for the purpose of final adoption of its 2018 Fiscal Year budget, which includes the creation and funding, from operation and maintenance charges, a new Capital Asset Repair and Replacement Plan fund which is mandated by Utah Code 17B-2a-1010. The public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 30, 2017, at District Headquarters, 2837 East Highway 193, Layton, Utah.
